Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund when at least 48 hours’ notice is given before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking, failure to attend, or late arrival resulting in reduced time are non-refundable.

If you need to move your booking, we will always try to transfer it to another date where availability allows, but this cannot be guaranteed within 48 hours of the event.

Tickets cannot be partially refunded for reduced guest numbers within 48 hours of the booking.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
