You may cancel a weekly class up to 7 hours before the scheduled start time if you used a "4 Class Pass" to book. Your pass will be automatically re-added to your account for future use.

If you purchased an individual class or workshop, you may transfer your booking to another class with the same or less value up to 7 hours before the scheduled start time, if you are unable to make your class booking.

Please note:

• Unfortunately no refunds are provided for class passes, individual class bookings, or workshop tickets once purchased.

• Cancellations made less than 7 hours before the class are not eligible for class pass credit or refunds.
