Somatic Yoga & Craniosacral Therapy

For this special and extended practice I collaborate with Jo Foot. Jo is a qualified Craniosacral Therapist as well as a mindfulness teacher and meditation coach. She will talk to us about CST's gentle but deeply transformative work and explain how it can help release both physical and emotional stored trauma and stress from the body, leaving us feeling lighter, more present and more grounded. Jo will be our experienced, hands-on therapist during our Restorative Yoga practice and share Craniosacral taster touches in a luxuriously long Savasana.

I will guide a practice with gently flowing Somatic Movements and still and supported Restorative Yoga options to deepen our mind-body connection, get in touch with our craniosacral rhythm, improve movement in our spine, encourage myofascial release and promote deep relaxation. Our practice is floor-based, soft, slow and simple and can also be used at home to self-regulate and self-soothe whenever you wish.
