11:30: Sauna Ritual: Experience the soothing effects of our sauna ritual, to include aromatherapy steam, intention setting, traditional salt and honey scrubs and more! A perfect way to detoxify and unwind.
13:00: Lunch & Relaxation: Enjoy a simple lunch in the tranquil surroundings, and allowing time to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.
15:00: Yin Yoga & Nidra: Conclude your retreat with a calming Yin Yoga Nidra session, guiding you into deep relaxation and mindfulness.
