• 09:00: Arrivals: Begin your journey as you arrive and settle into the serene woodland setting.

• 09:30: Sunpower Yoga: Energise your body and mind with a revitalising Sunpower Yoga session, designed to connect you with the summer's vibrant energy.

• 10:30: Visit the Kama Tree & Refreshments: Take a moment to connect with nature at the Kama Tree, leave your worries behind, followed by light refreshments to nourish

• 11:30: Sauna Ritual: Experience the soothing effects of our sauna ritual, to include aromatherapy steam, intention setting, traditional salt and honey scrubs and more! A perfect way to detoxify and unwind.

• 13:00: Lunch & Relaxation: Enjoy a simple lunch in the tranquil surroundings, and allowing time to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.

• 15:00: Yin Yoga & Nidra: Conclude your retreat with a calming Yin Yoga Nidra session, guiding you into deep relaxation and mindfulness.

• 16:00: Departures: Leave refreshed and rejuvenated, carrying the energy of the summer solstice with you.
