We are a small, independent organization and every booking is important to us. All retreat prices shown are per person and quoted and payable in EUR.

We highly recommend you purchasing a Travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.

• In every cancellation case a cancellation fee of 50€ applies
• Full refunds (fee of 50€ substracted) will be paid for cancellations 12 weeks or more prior retreat start
• After that no refunds possible for cancellations
• At any time you can provide a replacement participant
• In case a retreat is fully booked and you want to cancel we will offer the spot again to our community in order to find a replacement. Only if that is successful you will get a refund of 70% of the retreat price.
