Willow's Forest School Taster Classes

A warm welcome to Willow's Forest School, PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO BOOK.
We are a privately owned Forest School, based in Surrey and we have been having fun in the woods since 2013. We offer morning term time classes and a variety of holiday camps, come rain or shine!

We are located in Chobham, Lyne near Ottershaw, Chertsey and Sutton Green which is between Woking and Guildford.

Willow's Foxes is our 2 hour accompanied Forest School session for children aged 1-4 years. These classes are accompanied and are very popular. You can upgrade to an unaccompanied Explorer, once your child is 3 years old. Please chat with the team. Willow's Cubs is our 1 hour Forest School session for children aged 1-4 years but we do accept younger children if they are mobile. You can upgrade to our 2 hour sessions any time.

Rückerstattungsrichtlinien

We will offer a refund if we have to cancel a session due to staff sickness. We are not able to offer a refund if your child cannot attend, once booked.

If you are booked during the term time, if you notify us before the term starts that you cannot attend then we can offer your place to the waiting lists and if your space is taken, we will refund you minus an admin fee of 10% of the total fee. If there are no takers, we cannot offer you a refund.

Additionally for those who have booked a space during the school holidays and wish to cancel we will refund you minus a 10% charge based on giving us 10 working days notice. If you wish to cancel after this time and up to 24 hours beforehand we will refund you if we are able to rebook the space. If you cancel 24 hours beforehand or on the actual day no refund will be granted.

We do not refund if we have to cancel due to weather conditions, pandemics or anything out of our control and you will be offered an alternative class.
