When we take time to meditate we bring long lasting health benefits into our lives, add that to the beautiful practice of yoga nidra and we find ourselves with the perfect solution for lowering stress and anxiety levels and re-connecting within.
During this session you will be guided through a meditation practice followed by a deep yoga nidra relaxation.
Absolutely no experience is required, everyone is very welcome
Please note - payments are non refundable but maybe transferred 24 hours prior to class
The studio is fully equipped but do feel free to bring extra blankets and definitely a cosy pillow.
