😴 Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

Join Lis and Jen for an evening of total relaxation.

Please note, the March date is Ladies only as we are theming this around International Women's Day

These evenings are a combination of gentle yoga asana and sound.

Your Yoga practice will be supported with doTERRA essential oils specifically chosen to support deep rest and grounding. An immersive sound bath is the perfect way to gift yourself some peace, stillness, relaxation and settle your nervous system.

During your Sound Bath you are taken on a sonic meditative journey.

While you lie down comfortably with your eyes closed various instruments including gongs, singing bowls and drums will be played around you.

Instruments known for their vibratory healing frequencies.

We will close the practice with herbal tea or hot chocolate.
