These evenings are a combination of gentle yoga asana and sound.
Your Yoga practice will be supported with doTERRA essential oils specifically chosen to support deep rest and grounding. An immersive sound bath is the perfect way to gift yourself some peace, stillness, relaxation and settle your nervous system.
During your Sound Bath you are taken on a sonic meditative journey.
While you lie down comfortably with your eyes closed various instruments including gongs, singing bowls and drums will be played around you.
Instruments known for their vibratory healing frequencies.
We will close the practice with herbal tea or hot chocolate.
A blissfully relaxing evening
Please bring with you a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, your bricks and blocks and wear comfy clothes including warm socks. Pj's are totally acceptable!
