Refund policy
I am a small business so don't have the capacity to carry the cost of last minute cancellations and no-shows.
Here is my cancellation policy:
Workshops / Retreats / Special Events - No refunds unless your place can be filled (minus booking admin costs). No transfers.
Weekly timetabled classes - No refunds. Classes can be moved via your booking confirmation email up to 44 hours before your class starts to a more convenient class time and day if you are unable to attend.
Unused class passes are non-refundable, cancelled classes will not be returned to class passes.
If I am unable to teach every effort will be made to find a replacement teacher.
