Yugen Yoga

Yugen Yoga is rooted in yoga as a practice of connection, integrity, and conscious living. Together we practice the traditional principles of yoga: presence, non-harm, self-awareness, and balance while meeting them in a modern, inclusive way. Yoga here is not about achievement or aesthetics, but about creating space to breathe, feel, and reconnect with yourself as you are.
I teach in a way that values curiosity over comparison, compassion over perfection, and sustainability over extremes. Movement is taught as a dialogue with the body, not a demand placed upon it. My intention is to offer a grounded, supportive environment where people can build a deeper connection to self, regulation, resilience, and clarity on the mat and beyond it.
