All registrations include a non-refundable fee.

Early Student Cancellation: Students who cancel their attendance prior to the one-week period before a program will be granted a Delska store credit for the value of 50% of the cost of their class fee (less any transaction/registration fees). This may be used to reschedule another class.

Late Student Cancellation: The class fee is defaulted to non-refundable as of a period of one week before the date of the start of a program. Out of respect for the instructor's right to be compensated for their time, we can not guarantee a refund to students who are unable to attend a class/maker day.

Exceptions: Occasionally, a waitlisted/new student is able to take the spot of a cancellation. In this case, a refund (less any transaction/registration fees), may be granted.

Cancellation by School: Students will be granted a full refund for the cancelled class, or they may transfer their fees to a rescheduled time for the class (student's choice).
