Few meals bring people together quite like a proper Yorkshire Sunday lunch. This full-day workshop celebrates that tradition, teaching you how to build the kind of roast that's generous enough for second helpings and memorable enough to become a family favourite.
Led by Executive Chef Carl Frost, you'll spend six relaxed hours mastering every element that makes a truly exceptional roast. From perfectly cooked meats and rich homemade gravy to beautifully roasted vegetables, crisp potatoes and the little finishing touches that elevate a Sunday lunch from good to unforgettable, every component is given the attention it deserves.
Designed for beginners and enthusiastic home cooks alike, your experience includes a welcome drink or coffee, all ingredients, equipment and recipes, before ending exactly as it should, gathered around the table enjoying your very own Sunday lunch. You'll leave ready to host the kind of Sunday lunch worth clearing the afternoon for.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month.
To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class
