Refund Policy
At Deya Wellbeing, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our clients.
Please note that all bookings and gift voucher purchases are non-refundable.
However, if you can no longer attend a session, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person or reschedule for a future session (subject to availability).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible to arrange a transfer or reschedule.
Transfers and rescheduling must be arranged at least 24 hours before the session.
Event Cancellations
In the rare event that Deya Wellbeing needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be given the option to transfer your booking to a new date or receive a full refund.
