Refund policy

🔸 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before your booked session – You are eligible for a refund or the option to reschedule (subject to availability).
🔸 Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session – Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedules. This is because our sessions are planned in advance, and late cancellations mean we may not be able to fill the space.
If you need to cancel, please message us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Thank you for your understanding and support! 💛🦆
