Dragonflies presents a yoga and wellbeing class for parents/carers/aunties/uncles/grandparents to attend with their child(ren)
The class will be yoga centric, with asanas and poses, meditation and mindfulness while also full of fun, story telling, music and IMAGINATION.
Please be aware, this class is for age 2 up to 11.
Max 2 children per adult
Wear loose fit comfortable clothes.
Socks are not required.
