Dragonflies presents a yoga and wellbeing class for parents/carers/aunties/uncles/grandparents to attend with their child(ren)
The class will be yoga centric, with asanas and poses, meditation and mindfulness while also full of fun, story telling, music and IMAGINATION.
Please be aware, this class is for age 2 up to 11.
Max 2 children per adult
Wear loose fit comfortable clothes.
Socks are not required.

Parking is signposted when you enter the site, please only use the provided car parks when visiting.
There is space to leave pushchairs on site.
There is also a lovely cafe on site for refreshments after your class.
