Hypertufa, intended as a substitute for natural limestone tufa, is an anthropic rock bonded together with cement. Being very porous, it is a choice material for plant growth. In this class you will learn to how to mix, mold and create Hypertufa creations, which is similar to other handbuilt ceramic processes. Using simple ingredients we will make long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing functional works of art for your indoor and outdoor plants. Hypertufa is a fun medium to work with and allows for much individual creative expression! Come and be amazed at what you and your cohort are able to create in a short time.
