Welcome! My name is Anthea, join me to discover the peace of gentle hatha yoga. I lead classes that focus on classic yoga postures, alignment, conscious breathing and relaxation, helping to quiet the mind and release tension in the body. We move slowly and mindfully, with modifications, making postures accessible for everybody.
Whether you are brand new to yoga returning after a break or simply looking for a space to unwind and be still you are welcome to join our supportive community. You can expect to improve your flexibility, strength and balance and cultivate a sense of inner calm and peace. It's a chance to step away form your to do list and just be.
