This is a mixed level Pilates course of six lessons. The classes vary from using small equipment and mat work. Beginners are welcome and I kindly ask you let me know if it's your first time so I can arrange a chat before we start.
I no longer provide equipment but the only necessary thing you need is a mat and if possible, a cushion or yoga block if you have one
