This is a mixed level Pilates course of 5 lessons. The classes vary from using small equipment and mat work. Beginners are welcome and I kindly ask you let me know if it's your first time so I can arrange a chat before we start.
I no longer provide equipment but the only necessary piece of equipment you will need is a mat. If you have a cushion or yoga block, please bring that too
