If you can’t attend a Session, it can be transferred up to 24 hours before the original Session. Transfers will not be possible with less than 24 hours’ notice of the original Session. A Session can be transferred to a date up to 4 weeks in the future. Each Session can only be transferred once. Once a Session is booked there are no refunds available.
If you cancel your session with more than 24-hours notice before the session is due to take place you may re-schedule the session to a later date. Please review the Booking FAQ sheet for more details.
