Refunds, Cancellations and Booking Terms

Programme Bookings (Half-Term or Term Blocks)

Programme places are booked as a full block rather than session-by-session. Booking a block secures your child’s place for the entire programme and allows us to safely plan staffing, ratios and resources.

Programme bookings are considered committed purchases and are not refundable for missed sessions, including holidays, minor illness, or changes in personal circumstances.

Places on a programme cannot be transferred to another child.

If you need to withdraw before the programme begins, we are happy to offer a full refund minus a small administration fee to cover processing costs.

Once the programme has started, tickets are non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances involving an unforeseen and long-term change in situation, please get in touch. Any support offered will be at our discretion.

Workshops and One-Off Events

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
  
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event will incur a 20% administration fee.
  
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
  

Weather and Outdoor Conditions

Our sessions take place outdoors and run in almost all weather conditions throughout the year. This is an important part of the Forest School experience.
