-If we need to cancel:
We aim to avoid canceling session and courses and generally only do so due to staff illness, dangerous conditions (high winds and/or low temperatures) or government imposed restrictions.
If we are forced to cancel a course we will offer a choice of alternative dates or a voucher for future courses and sessions for the value of the price of the ticket.
If we cancel a Forest School session we will offer the choice of either rescheduling your ticket or receiving a full refund.
-If you wish to cancel your ticket or class pass
For workshop tickets cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel a class pass, we will refund the remaining sessions left minus a 10% admin fee. However, if you would like to reschedule the expiry date of your class pass to accommodate a holiday or similar, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds for individual Forest School tickets
