When the emotional body is stuck, frozen or we are closed down to feeling, then we are unable to experience the fullness of the landscape of the heart.
As Gabrielle Roth said - “Feelings are elemental forces in our life energy. They need to flow freely for us to be truly present.”
This day of dance will both cleanse, empower and connect you through the body to the Heart of the Matter. To coming home and coming close to yourself more fully.
Bring layers to dance in, a water bottle and lunch to share, or care for your own needs.
