5Rhythms day workshop with Neil Pinnock
A day to feel and move with the body and heart through the 5Rhythms' Heartbeat map.
Emotions want to be in motion. As Gabrielle Roth said;
'Feelings are elemental forces in our life energy. They need to flow freely for us to be truly present.'
When the emotional body is stuck, frozen or we are closed down to feeling, then we are unable to experience the fullness of the landscape of the heart.
This day of dance will both cleanse, empower and connect you through the body to the Heart of the Matter. To coming home and coming close to yourself more fully.
