It's the time of balance. As the spring energy rises we give attention to the body, to the land and to the connection within and around.
Through dancing the 5Rhyhtms close to the land, we bring balance to our body and the connection the the natural world around us. At this turning of season we call upon the energy of fire to enliven us and spark the change that will be embodied as we journey into the year.

Fire in the Belly is the first of a 3 workshop offering through the spring and summer.
You can book for this workshop alone.

You have a choice of communal sleeping or camping. there are a couple of additional solo or couple spaces if you book early. Contact Neil
Please note that @Wildways mattresses are supplied, but you will need you to bring bedding and towels. We all bring food to share. Information to follow.
