Em Harris Yoga

I am an E 200 RYT and I teach Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra. Vinyasa yoga sequences Asana (poses) so they ‘flow’ together with the breath. Yin Yoga is a more passive and calming practice, with postures being held for longer. Yoga Nidra or 'Yogic Sleep' is a rejuvenative and calming practice, where you are guided to and held somewhere between being awake and asleep.

I believe yoga benefits but not all bodies are the same, so your yoga practice will be specific to you. I offer options in class, so everyone can feel included.
