Lauren Red is coming to Emily's Pole Fitness to teach their awesome workshops!
Have a go on this unusual and geometrically unique piece of kit! The aerial cube is an accessible and fun bit of aerial equipment. Lauren will teach you how to get onto and exit the cube safely, do loads of badass tricks and even some doubles with two people in the cube! The cube has lots of bars to hold onto and there's loads of options with this awesome apparatus. .
There are only 8 spaces so book in quick to avoid disappointment.

Lauren is a multi-award winning aerialist and performer, they have been teaching for over 15 years and we're extremely lucky to have them teaching at our studio.

Level: Advanced, Beginner & Improver
Please arrive 5 minutes early so you get to class on time. If you are late then you will not be able to take part in the class and will forfeit your payment.
Please wear tighter clothing that won't get caught / wrapped around the cube. The cube is powder coated so if you have sweaty hands please bring grip aids with you.
Please bring warm clothing for your warm up and cool down, ie; jogging bottoms and a hoodie / long sleeved top.
Footwear: Barefoot is best for the warm up for classes but you can wear socks at your own risk. The floors are laminate so be aware if wearing socks that it can be slippery, you’ll also have less grip on the equipment if you’re wearing socks.
