Booker:
If an online payment is received upon booking a class and then you, the Booker, cancels your attendance before the 3 hour cancellation period, you can transfer your booking to another date. Or receive a full refund via online payment.

If you, the Booker, has paid for a session via online payment and cancels after the 3 hour cancellation period (but within a reasonable timeframe) a partial refund will be applied to cover the £5 late cancellation fee, as specified in our cancellation policy.

If you, the Booker, has paid for a session via online payment and cancels after the 3 hour cancellation period too close to class start time, or is a no-show, you forfeit your ticket and no refund will be issued, as specified in our cancellation policy.

Instructor:
If a booker has paid online but class has to be cancelled, I the instructor, will provide a full refund via ticket pass or online payment, or offer to transfer ticket to another session date.
