Booker:
If an online payment is received upon booking a session, and then you, the Booker, cancels your attendance before the 3 hour cancellation period, you may transfer your booking to an alternative date (ONLY 1 TRANSFER ALLOWED PER TICKET)
Or receive a full refund via online payment.

If you, the Booker, has paid for a session via online payment and cancels after the 3 hour cancellation period, or is a no-show, you forfeit the cost of your ticket of £8 and can not transfer to an alternative date, as specified in our cancellation policy.
NO REFUND APPLICABLE

• TICKET TRANSFERS: Instead of a refund, you may transfer your ticket to an alternative date. ONLY 1 TRANSFER allowed per booking.
If you can then not attend on the Transfer Date, unfortunately you forfeit the cost of your ticket of £8, and no refund can be given, nor can you transfer your ticket again to an alternative date.

Instructor:
If a booker has paid online but session has to be cancelled, I the instructor, will provide a full refund via ticket pass or online payment, or offer to transfer ticket to an alternative date.
