Following transformation and the move to flexible learning, we are currently looking at developing and enhancing the offering of leadership learning.

This will include delivering the content of the current Skills of Management, Achieving Growth and Meeting the Challenges over one weekend with additional sessions that will support lead volunteers to undertake their roles. If you're looking to complete a Wood badge for a leadership role, this weekend will cover all learning requirements.
