If you cannot attend the course for any reason and inform me more than 1 month prior to the training date, you will be entitled to a refund in full minus a 20% admin fee.

For cancellation more than 7 days prior to training commencing you will be entitled to a 50% refund.

For any cancellation within 7 days of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund, however please contact me for other options.

Any fees refunded will be returned to the original card used for payment.
