ECS Post Graduate Education Centre is proud to deliver top quality courses from our Hampshire Centre by experienced teachers. Our courses are delivered exclusively by Emergency Doctors, Nurses and Specialist/Advanced Paramedics who all have current hands-on care with patients in the NHS. We strongly feel that only experienced experts can deliver this type of education and guarantee a quality service. We hold accreditations from the Resuscitation Council (UK), NAEMT, The Airway Site, Qualsafe and many more.

Refund policy

In the first instant we would always look to move your booking to a new course date but in the case that a cancellation is necessary, notice of cancellation must be given via the booking system and/or by email to education@enhancedcareservices.co.uk.
For ECS specific courses (no registration or pre-learning) - the cancellation request must be received at least 14 days prior to the start of the course and you will receive a refund minus a 10% administration fee.
For RC (UK) & PHTLS courses (enrolled candidates and candidates that have requested the course pre-learning manual) - The cancellation request must be received a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the course date. You will receive a refund minus a 10% admin charge, course registration, manual and postage cost.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund within 14 working days prior to the course.
