Details:
We are evaluating an educator workshop EQiT for those tasked with supervising International Medical Graduates (IMGs). Our project aims to challenge and enable the educators in undertaking sensitive culturally aware conversations with their IMG trainees.
We will organise one online and one in-person EQiT workshop.

The programme is aimed at:

  1. Medical supervisors of IMGs.
  2. Those currently working in the U.K.
  3. Those who have the ability and commitment to engage with either the: • Online workshop: using a quiet and confidential private space (if relevant), • Or committing to travel to the location (within UK) where the in-person workshop will take place.

This programme may not be suitable for:

  1. Those medical supervisors who have previously attended the EQiT workshop.
