Refund policy

At Equilibrate Pilates and Performance Pilates, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. Please review our refund policy below:

•Class Cancellations by the Client:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled class will be eligible for a credit toward a future class.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable. *

•No-Show Policy:
If you fail to attend a class without prior notice, the booking fee will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.

•Class Cancellations by the Studio:
In the rare event that the studio needs to cancel a class, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit toward another class.

  • Please cancel/transfer your booking on the booking platform only. E-mail/Customer Service won't be able to process a refund/transfer on time and might take 2-3 business days to process your inquiry.
