CACAO ☕️
Known as the ‘food of the Gods’ Cacao has been used for centuries in rituals to open the heart and connect to our true self. Rich in nutrients and mood enhancing compounds, this natural plant medicine gently energises the body without over stimulation and can be beneficial with focus, creativity and emotional wellbeing.
All aspects of the meeting are optional.

YOUR FACILITATOR
I am a yoga teacher, sound healer Circle and Cacao Facilitator and Mother. I hold trauma-informed training and am passionate about creating a nurturing space where women can feel strong, empowered, and supported.

Ages 16+ welcome.
