Settle down, get cosy and allow yourself to be immersed in the beautiful sounds and vibrations of the gongs, crystal singing bowls and shamanic drum.

✨ Why are sound baths so popular?
After seven years of working with therapeutic sound, I can truly say that this beautiful, natural healing modality never ceases to amaze me. I've witnessed first-hand just how powerful sound can be in helping people relax, release tension and find a little peace within themselves.

In a world where we're constantly busy, thinking, doing and giving our energy to others, sound baths offer something rather special – an opportunity to simply stop, quieten the mind, soothe the nervous system and allow the body to settle into a state of deep rest and relaxation.

Some of the potential benefits include:

Reducing feelings of stress and anxiety

Soothing the nervous system

Releasing physical and emotional tension

Encouraging a sense of calm, balance and clarity

Supporting mindfulness, creativity and emotional wellbeing

Helping us enter a deeply restful, meditative state

We'll begin with a gentle guided relaxation before drifting into an immersive sound journey, finishing with a warming cup of herbal tea and a little time to gently return to the day.

No experience is needed. Just come as you are, get comfortable and enjoy 90 minutes of well-deserved time for yourself.

⚠️ Contraindications & Precautions

This session is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker or in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Sound baths are a safe and relaxing experience which can help us find freedom within the mind and body.

Why are sound baths SO popular? Here are just some documented benefits of Gong Baths:

• soothes nervous system and decrease blood pressure

• Helps you feel relaxed, balanced, and focused

• May help develop intuition and creativity

• Gongs facilitate a fast track to the Theta state brain waves (Theta brainwaves occur most often in sleep but are also dominant in deep meditation)- 20 minutes of Theta relaxation is the equivalent to four hours of sleep!

• promotes emotional wellbeing

No experience needed, just lay back and allow the gong sounds to wash over you.

CACAO

Known as the ‘food of the Gods’ Cacao has been used for centuries in rituals to open the heart and connect to our true self. Rich in nutrients and mood enhancing compounds, this natural plant medicine gently energises the body without over stimulation and can be beneficial with focus, creativity and emotional wellbeing.

The combination of cacao and sound healing is (in my opinion) incredible!
