Boundes Studio - For Mind, Body and Soul

A welcoming, peaceful studio in the pretty village of Bidborough, situated between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.

The essence of Boundes Studio is that fitness and well being should be inclusive, empowering, and most of all, enjoyable.

Our team of experienced teachers are here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, welcoming all ages and levels of fitness.

We offer morning, afternoon and evening classes, personal training, workshops and events. Parking is easy, classes are small, no more than 7 in a class. Please check the timetable to see the best days and times for you.

Yoga

Find balance in body and mind with our range of yoga classes. From grounding Hatha to energising Flow, and deeply restorative Yoga & Meditation, each session focuses on movement, breath, and relaxation to improve strength, flexibility, and inner calm. We also offer seasonal Nordic Walking & Yoga experiences to reconnect with nature.

Pilates

A low-impact yet highly effective workout designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and support overall health. Suitable for all abilities, our small classes help you move with greater ease, reduce stress, and feel stronger from the inside out.

Qigong

A gentle, flowing practice combining slow movement, breathwork, and meditation to promote energy, relaxation, and mental clarity. Ideal for improving balance, reducing stress, and restoring a sense of calm.

Body Conditioning

An energising mix of weights, resistance training, stretching, and aerobic exercise designed to build strength, improve muscle tone, boost cardiovascular fitness, and increase flexibility. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Core & Stretch

A full-body class focused on strengthening the core while improving posture, flexibility, and muscle tone. Ideal for preventing injury, supporting the back, and enhancing everyday movement.

Monthly Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and crystals. This deeply restorative meditative experience encourages relaxation, better sleep, emotional balance, and a profound sense of wellbeing.

Refunds, swapping and Cancellation policy

  1. We allow swapping between classes of same class value, you can do this online by clicking on the class link in your booking confirmation/reminder email sent to you.
  2. Any class you wish to transfer to must be done 24 hours in advance
