Arty Class is a dedicated school of drawing and painting based in Reading and Wokingham in Berkshire. We offer structured, child-centred, art classes for children aged 5-16, nurturing each child to share a love of art and bring out their artistic potential. There are no credits or refunds for cancellations or changes, except at our discretion. In the event of an exceptional circumstance where a cancellation is accepted, an administration charge of £15 applies.
If we have to cancel a class, due to situations beyond our control (such as school closure, premises unavailable), we will offer an alternative date to make up for that session. This alternative date may be on a different weekday in the current term or the next term. If we cannot provide an alternative class, a credit will be issued.
Sessions missed for any reason may not be added on to the end of the Booked Sessions under any circumstances. If your child misses a session, subject to availability, you may arrange a Make-Up Session at another venue that week. In order to take advantage of a Make-Up Session, you must notify us by email at least 24 hrs in advance of your regular session in order for us to check and confirm availability for another class. No refunds are given for classes missed due to student illness/holidays.
