💳 Refund & Booking Policy
We aim to keep our booking process simple, fair, and supportive. This policy outlines how we manage bookings for classes, courses, and monthly memberships.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
🧘‍♀️ Taster Sessions & Single Classes
Taster sessions and one-off classes are non-refundable once booked.
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to:
Transfer your place to another person, or
Move your booking to another session (where space allows)
We kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice wherever possible.
📚 Courses
Course places are held especially for you, so we’re unable to offer refunds once a course has begun.
If you need to cancel before the course starts, we may be able to offer:
A refund (depending on timing), or
A transfer to a future course
If you miss a session, we’re unable to offer refunds, but we’ll always do our best to support you where we can.
🌿 Monthly Memberships
Our monthly membership is a flexible way to continue your practice, month by month.
You choose each month whether to continue.
Changes & Cancellations
You’re free to stop at any time
Changes apply from the next payment cycle
Your access continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for
Refunds
Monthly payments are non-refundable once processed
We’re unable to refund unused time within a month

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If something unexpected comes up — such as illness or significant personal circumstances — please get in touch. We will always listen and do our best to find a supportive solution.
