Burlesque with Viola Stiletto

I jumped into the fabulous world of Burlesque Chair Dance in 2021 and strutted my way to instructor status in March 2024! My weekly classes have been my happy place, not just pumping up my fitness but also giving my mental health a glittery boost.

This whole journey was like stepping into a brand-new pair of dancing shoes! I’d dabbled in various fitness classes before but could never stick around. But BCD? Oh, it had me hooked! Every four weeks brought a fresh routine packed with giggles and good vibes.

These classes have cranked my confidence level to ten! I feel fabulous in my own skin, chat more freely, and let go of worrying about what others think. The anxiety? It’s taking a backseat! So much so that I decided to flip the script and become an instructor myself, ready to sprinkle some inspiration and joy. I’m all about creating a warm, welcoming space where everyone can cheer each other on!
