This Pilates class is designed specifically for women going through menopause and perimenopause, focusing on gentle yet effective exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. You will need to bring your own mat to the class. I recommend that you also purchase an overball, fascial release ball, theraband and spiky ball - these can be purchased from me as a bundle for £38 or you can source them separately.
You may also want to use weights in the classes to build your muscle mass - I have some weights for you to borrow but recommend you have your own to use between the classes too and to ensure you get the weight you want!
