Customers who wish to cancel or reschedule a course which has been confirmed may do so without penalty if the booking is cancelled 14 or more days prior to the course start date. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled start date may be subject to an administration charge at the discretion of the centre and dependant on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Candidates who fail to attend or who arrive unprepared on the day of the course (and thus are unable to attend) (e.g., fail to bring suitable identification) will not be eligible for a refund. Depending on availability, we will work to reschedule where possible.
