Chill & Achieve – The Stillpoint | Nervous System Reset

The Stillpoint is a space designed for nervous system reset.

This is not beauty therapy.
This is for people who feel wired, tired, overwhelmed, or stuck in a constant state of doing.

Through Japanese Head Spa, guided stillness, and gentle sensory work, your body is supported in switching off stress signals and returning to calm.

This work is for you if:
• Your mind struggles to switch off
• You carry tension in your head, jaw, neck or shoulders
• You feel emotionally heavy, burnt out, or constantly “on”
• You are tired but unable to fully rest
• You need space to pause, reset and come back to yourself

Each session is held one-to-one, allowing your body to fully settle without distraction.

You don’t need to know how to relax.
You don’t need to prepare.
You just arrive.

Before your session

Please arrive 5 minutes early so your session can begin without rush. Late arrival may shorten your treatment time.

Wear comfortable clothing and avoid caffeine 1–2 hours before where possible.

A short pre-session check-in form must be completed before attending. This allows your session to be tailored to your needs.

After your session

Give yourself time to move slowly, drink water, and allow the calm to settle into your body.

Booking Terms

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred.
