Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to be eligible for a refund of your booking fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
