Pilates is a form of exercise which focuses on improving core strength, balance, co-ordination, mobility and flexibility, by targeting specific muscle groups (abdominals, back muscles, pelvic muscles and diaphragm) that are needed for correct posture and for the body to move efficiently and effectively to perform functional movements daily
We will be looking at neutral spine, core engagement, correct posture/alignment and thoracic breathing techniques, within a flowing Pilates class which works both the upper and lower body.
Classes are suitable for all abilities and for both males and females
