Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want as many people as possible to be able to join us! To keep things fair for everyone—especially those on our waiting list hoping for a spot—we have the following policy in place:
More than 24 hours notice
If you can’t make it and let us know at least 24 hours before the session starts:
Transfer your spot: You can easily move your booking to an alternative date/time.
No stress: Just log into your booking via your confirmation email to make the switch.
Less than 24 hours notice
Life happens! However, within 24 hours of the start time, we are unable to offer transfers or refunds as it doesn't give us enough time to fill the space from the waiting list.
Gift your pass: If you can’t make it at the last minute, you are more than welcome to send a friend in your place!
The "No Refunds" Policy
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. All bookings are final, but we are always happy to help you reschedule if you give us that 24 hour heads up!
