Down the Woods and Within the Walls project

Down the Woods believe that everyone should be able to connect in some way with the natural environment.

We provide Forest School sessions, birthday parties, play schemes, bush craft and taster days. We also offer Forest School practitioner training and bespoke team building or CPD courses. Down The Woods can come into your school to help you to develop and deliver a forest school programme tailored to you.

The Within the Walls Garden Project an exciting new community project set within the walls of a Victorian garden near Hitchin.
This former vegetable plot has been transformed into a vibrant and lively interactive space for young and old alike. We can also provide gardening sessions at your setting.
