In this class we explore the moving poetic landscapes of our body's dance. Instinctive, spontaneous, improvised choreography that arises from each moment, taking us on a journey into the depths of our sub-conscious mind. Whatever life throws at us we can find a way to shape and transform it within the guidance of the 5 Rhythms meditation practice.
