Fit Round My Baby offers supportive, inclusive fitness classes for mums and ladies, with a focus on postnatal recovery, strength building, and overall wellbeing.
Our sessions are designed to help you move safely, build confidence, and feel stronger, all within a welcoming and supportive community.

👶🏻 Fit Round My Baby – Postnatal-friendly workouts with a focus on core and pelvic floor strength (babies and children welcome)

🧘🏻‍♀️Core Restore - Low-impact sessions designed to rebuild core strength, improve posture, and support postnatal recovery (babies and children welcome)

🏋🏻‍♀️Strong Mum & Ladies Club - A supportive strength-based class for mums, ladies, and peri/menopausal women to build strength, confidence, and feel empowered in their bodies.

💪🏻 Group Personal Training – Small group sessions with tailored coaching and support (babies and children welcome)
